Director and Clinical Psychologist of Peak Body & Soul – Rachel.

Rachel completed her training in Clinical Psychology at the University of Southern Queensland (UniSQ) and has worked as a Clinical Psychologist in the public mental health service for over 20 years, and more recently in private practice.

Performance Psychology is a specific focus area that Rachel has felt drawn towards as her career has progressed. She has been a keen athlete herself representing Australia & Queensland (Masters) in Field Hockey.

However, her passion is driven by her desire to make a difference in athletes (and other high performing individuals) lives by supporting them to achieve their goals. Rachel works from a holistic and collaborative approach that respects and works to understand where you are now and connects you to where you would like to be.

Everyone is unique and that’s why Rachel will deliver interventions that specifically align to suit the type of athlete you are and the focus and direction of your goals.
